I had a mixed experience at the FALLSVIEW Marriott Hampton. On the bright side, the view of the Niagara skyline from the room was excellent, but the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The service provided was a rollercoaster, ranging from professional and friendly arrangements to rude behavior at the front desk. The location was convenient for walking to various attractions but fell short in terms of proximity to the falls. Dining left much to be desired, although the price was in line with expectations for a 3-star hotel.

Wow! I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were excellent with a stunning Niagara skyline view, clean, and looked fresh and new. However, I did notice that the bedsheets seemed dirty and smelly, giving off an unpleasant odor. The service was top-notch, very accommodating, and friendly. The location was just perfect for exploring Niagara Falls, being within walking distance of all the main attractions.
